- Mit Organisationstalent und Ruhe planst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team alle Einsätze und stellst sicher, dass der Betrieb auch in stressigen Momenten reibungslos läuft.
- Bei kurzfristigen Störungen oder Ausfällen reagierst du schnell und triffst die passenden Entscheidungen, um den Betrieb stabil zu halten.
