The family connection to passenger transport began as early as 1950.

Walter Kraft's great-grandfather worked as a tour bus driver and thus laid the foundation for the understanding of mobility, reliability and service that still exists today.

In 1991, a separate bus company was founded with headquarters in Karlsruhe and several branches in Pforzheim, Dortmund and Hamburg.

In the following years, the company developed into a supraregional bus transport provider with a clear strategic focus on cross-border scheduled transport. International destinations were served, including Spain, Portugal and Ukraine. In parallel, effective organizational structures were set up for several regions at an early stage.

The vehicle fleet grew to over 20 modern coaches, and more than 60 people were also employed. This made the company one of the established providers in international bus and coach transport. Ms. Nelli Spadi is on the management board.

In 2007, this division was successfully spun off and marked the end of this development phase.

With the founding of Viandi Travel & Service as a sole proprietorship in 2009, a new entrepreneurial phase began.

The focus deliberately shifted to individual transport solutions, service quality and flexible mobility concepts for companies, event organizers and private customers. During this period, various regional delivery operations were also carried out in the Pforzheim and Enzkreis region.

In 2015, an independent premium brand was established with Black Forest Limousines. Office and administration premises were set up in Baden-Baden. The aim was to create an exclusive mobility provider for:

• VIP & chauffeur services
• Business transfers
• to create exclusive events and international guests — with a particular focus on discretion, quality and representative appearance.

In the following years, targeted investments were made in personnel, limousines, vans and VIP luxury coaches.

With continuous growth and increasing professionalization of the company structure, the name was changed to GmbH & Co. KG in 2017.

This step marked the transition from a traditional entrepreneurial company to a strategically positioned group of companies — today's Viandi Travel Group.

At the same time, the service portfolio was significantly expanded, in particular to include the event sector. In this context, the Viandi Travel Group was able to support well-known events, including the DTM, Formula 1 and Formula E, on the mobility side. Andreas Spadi was promoted to the management team as a result.

In the meantime, the group of companies has locations in Königsbach, Karlsruhe, Iffezheim and Baden-Baden.

Since 2026, the Viandi Travel Group has also been present in Stuttgart, close to the airport (STR).

In addition to classic bus charters, the event sector in particular has expanded significantly, so that we can now serve well-known customers across Europe.

The fleet now consists of over 15 high-quality vehicles. In addition to our own vehicles, we have an extensive partner network, so that major events with over 50,000 people have already been carried out reliably.

Our work is characterized by tradition, entrepreneurial vision and the desire to rethink mobility without losing the values that started it all.

Viandi Travel Group GmbH & Co. KG has established itself as a professional bus and limousine service and aims to continue this success.
